Program Description

Signa sends one-time passcodes (OTP) when you confirm a phone number during registration or in account settings.

Signa also offers optional transactional account alerts — login notices, billing receipts, and account-status updates. Messages are user-initiated or user-consented only. Signa does not send marketing blasts or investment advice by SMS.

How Users Opt In

Consent is explicit, informed, and not pre-selected. The checkbox starts unchecked. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may use Signa without SMS.

  1. Visit getsigna.ai/sms-consent or app.getsigna.ai/sms-consent, or the registration phone step.
  2. Enter your mobile number in the phone field.
  3. Check the SMS consent box (verification codes + optional transactional account alerts).
  4. Submit. Consent and phone number are stored with a timestamp.

Message Frequency

OTP messages are sent only when you request a verification code (typically one message per request). Optional account alerts are occasional transactional only — login notices, billing receipts, and account-status updates. There is no recurring marketing campaign.
